Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your subscription for any reason, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

1. Overview

ArtinFox Signal Intelligence offers monthly and annual subscription plans. We believe in fair, transparent billing and will always work with you toward a resolution if something isn't right.

2. 5-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and request a refund within 5 calendar days of your initial payment, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked, no prorating.

  • This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only on your account.
  • The 5-day window begins at the time of the initial payment, not the start of the free trial.
  • Free trial periods are not subject to a refund (no charge is made during a free trial).
  • To request your full refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address associated with your account.

3. Prorated Refunds After the 5-Day Window

After the initial 5-day full refund window, you may still request a refund at any time. We will refund:

  • A prorated amount for the current billing period, calculated from the date of your refund request to the end of the current period.
  • The full amount of any future billing periods already prepaid (e.g., if on an annual plan, all remaining months beyond the current month will be refunded in full).

4. How Prorating Works

Prorated refunds for the current billing month are calculated as follows:

Annual plan, >5 days in Prorated refund — unused portion of current month, + all remaining complete months
Plan upgrade (e.g., Pro ? Advanced) Prorated credit applied automatically. Contact us if there's a discrepancy.

Example: If you pay $9/month for Pro and request a refund 20 days into a 30-day billing cycle, you would receive a refund of approximately $3.00 (10 unused days / 30 days × $9).

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject: Refund Request — [your registered email address]
  • Include: The email address on your account, your plan name, and the reason for your request (optional but appreciated).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed again.
  • Cancellation alone does not automatically trigger a refund. If you also wish a refund for unused time, please request one explicitly per Section 3 above.
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the subscription expiry date.

7. Free Trials

No charge is applied during a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription, you will not be billed. You are not eligible for the 5-day full refund guarantee on a renewal following a free trial — only on the first payment.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Requests made more than 60 days after the billing date for historical charges (beyond the current billing period).
  • Partial use disputes where the Service was actively accessed and used during the period in question, beyond the initial 5-day window.

9. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We handle refund requests promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
