ArtinFox Signal Intelligence offers monthly and annual subscription plans. We believe in fair, transparent billing and will always work with you toward a resolution if something isn't right.
If you are a first-time paid subscriber and request a refund within 5 calendar days of your initial payment, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked, no prorating.
After the initial 5-day full refund window, you may still request a refund at any time. We will refund:
Prorated refunds for the current billing month are calculated as follows:

Example: If you pay $9/month for Pro and request a refund 20 days into a 30-day billing cycle, you would receive a refund of approximately $3.00 (10 unused days / 30 days × $9).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
No charge is applied during a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription, you will not be billed. You are not eligible for the 5-day full refund guarantee on a renewal following a free trial — only on the first payment.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We handle refund requests promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
