ArtinFox Signal Intelligence provides AI-generated cryptocurrency market signals, model accuracy rankings, and related analytical data. The Service aggregates outputs from multiple statistical and machine-learning models to produce directional signals (BUY, HOLD, SELL) and confidence scores for various cryptocurrency assets.
The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All signals, predictions, scores, rankings, and data provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.
ArtinFox offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
All content, software, algorithms, model outputs, branding, graphics, text, and design elements on the Service are owned by or licensed to ArtinFox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service and any reliance on the signals, predictions, data, or content provided is at your sole risk. Cryptocurrency trading and investing involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArtinFox, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, APIs, or services (including CoinGecko, Binance, Stripe, and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, signal, prediction, price, or score displayed on the Service. Data is sourced from third-party providers and generated by automated models, both of which may contain errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 17 survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the English language. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and API Terms of Use (where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and ArtinFox regarding your use of the Service.
